Great Low Carb Sourdough Bread
It doesn’t have enough of that sour flavor that I am used to in my sourdough. And the slices are so small! I can get good sourdough at my local market and cut it into thirds resulting in same size slices and carbs. Just too expensive.
Texture is good but has a different taste that does not really appeal to me but overall the best healthy I have found. The pockets are very good.
I very much like your products, especially the sesame bagels, however I found the sourdough bread to be tasteless. Maybe it could use some sort of seasoning or even a little more salt. I will definitely continue to purchase the bagels and the pizza crust. Thank you for a good alternative to higher carb breads. I am a diabetic and so enjoy being able to have a bagel for breakfast since finding your products.
