Storage instructions: Freeze on receipt and you can either put a Sub Roll in zip lock baggy to thaw in the fridge or toast from the freezer or microwave for 10 seconds at a time covered with a damp paper towel(these dry out fast if you over cook them or toast them). If you’ll finish the Sub Roll etc in a week or two they may be okay but we cannot guarantee that and recommend storing frozen. They’ll last 6+ months frozen.

Work great but have no flavor, very very chewy. I cut out the center of the sub like they do at Jimmy John’s and that helps a lot. I will continue to buy because it’s the only low carb sun bread out there. I wonder if you can defrost it in the microwave instead of the oven

I liked these sub rolls alright when they didn’t have butter in the ingredients. You could cut off the ends & pull out a little bitof the inside to cut down on the more chewy nature. Many of the other greatlowcarb products are vegan friendly and listed as such. This product no longer is. So, as a vegan, I will no longer be ordering it.
