I made Philly Cheese Steak subs with these and they were fantastic! I cut them open, put a little cheese in the bottom and microwaved for 20-30 seconds – just enough to warm them and start melting the cheese. Added meat and vegi mixture and it was delicious. These are soft yet sturdy enough to use ajus – which we will be doing for sure next time. My husband didn’t even realize they were low-carb until I told him.
