Description

For Al dente (firm texture) add to boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes. If you desire a softer texture, then add to boiling water and cook from 30-50 minutes checking periodically. Make sure that you add lots of water since there is so much fiber that these will soak up water while boiling.  These can then be added to pasta salads, baked dishes, baked for crunchy chips with seasonings. Enjoy!

2 Years Shelf Life

7 Net Carbs per 2 oz serving. Make Mac n Cheese, cold pasta salads, casseroles, the possibilities are endless. Just boil between 8-15 minutes depending on how you like your pasta done. My husband and I have been on pseudo “Keto” diet for 5+ years. We eat low carb, no sugar, and keep our carbs to < 50g a day. This pasta is essential to our diet when we want to have a "normal" casserole like everybody else. It's tough getting used to pasta that can be close to raw (almost crunchy after 30 minutes of boiling), but to us, it's worth it. Make sure you have extra sauce to use with this pasta. It absorbs TONS of liquid and it also helps hide the blah taste. If you are on a low carb/keto diet you'll understand these sacrifices are worth it.

I added this to a sauce I had in the slow cooker and let it cook on low for about 15 minutes. It turned to mush, you couldn’t find it except for a few. It did help thicken the sauce. I have also tried the spaghetti and it turned out really good. Not sure what happened here.

I used this pasta in homemade chicken noodle soup, and it was great! Like others have stated, it absorbs a lot of liquid, so I had to add more stock but that wasn’t a big issue for me. Also, the noodles have a hearty taste similar to what I remembered whole wheat pasta tasted like. This was a win for me and I will be ordering more!
