This was actually a pleasant surprise considering the experience with the loaves. This bagel is thin, but normal size. We used this to make our daughter’s sandwiches instead because she cannot have gluten. The bread is easy to break but toasting it made it more sturdy to handle spreads. The only complaint about this is they are sold individually and a half dozen will cost you $18. So if you are going to depend on this bread for sandwiches it’s ok, but it’s unreasonable to assume someone could pay so much for this bread as a daily sandwich replacement. There are other companies that are more realistic in supporting their consumer needs in the gluten free, low carb world.
