Preheat Oven to 350 F. Place paper cups in a muffin tray.
In a mixer bowl place the dry mix with 360 grams of water
D and 15 grams of Olive oil (or your choice of butter or oil). Mix
during 10 minutes at medium high speed. Add flavor of choice
and add nuts to your muffins (that will increase the protein)
Divide the batter and place in the muffin pan using an ice
cream scooper. Bake for 30 minutes, Insert a toothpick into
the center of a muffin to check for doneness.
Cool the muffins before serving.

reduce time to abide by normal convection specifications.
