Keto All Purpose Mix

Instructions: Preheat Oven to 400 F. Place parchment paper on
a baking pan. Using an electric mixer with a paddle attachment,
pour dry mix, add 3 1/3 cups (aprox 800 grams) of water (room temperature) and 20 grams of Olive Oil. Mix at low speed for
about 2 minutes until well blended and the dough formed, scrape
the side of the bowl and mix again for 5 more minutes.
Let it rest for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Place in a baking pan for bread or form small balls to make buns
(the size should be about 28 grams to 45 grams)
Lower oven to 350F and bake for about 45 minutes. Cool
completely in the pan before serving.
Note: not all ovens show the same results. If convection is used,
reduce time to abide by normal convection specifications.
