The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We do not accept returns of perishable products. If you haven’t tried the product, please don’t order 12 of that item because tastes are so subjective when it comes to dietary foods and if you don’t like it, they cannot be returned.
Shipping During Warm Weather Months
During warm weather months, due to the perishable nature of our products, we’ll ship your order Monday after order received. This will ensure against spoiling in transit. Your order is important to us, so if this is the case we’ll get this order ready and store in our freezer until Monday. Understand, if you get an e-mail from us saying that it has shipped already, it hasn’t.
