I eat the bagels and I don’t see a spike in my glucose number . That’s why I love the product. I eat the bagel by it self. I will try some smoked salmon .👍👍

The thin pizza crust is good, and is large enough to serve 2 of us - with a slice or 2 left over for the next day. However, I am in need of the small shells and some packages of those mini chocolate chip cookies.

Exceeded expectations. The texture is incredibly close to traditional pasta and it holds sauce beautifully.

Great low carb everything bread is absolutely delicious! I was surprised to see how thick the slices were. Will definitely buy again!
