1 net carb and 60 calories per 2 slices. This toasts well or eat it right out of the bag.

Storage instructions: Freeze on receipt and you can either put slices in zip lock baggies to thaw in the fridge or toast from the freezer or microwave for 10 seconds at a time covered with a damp paper towel(these dry out fast if you over cook them or toast them). If you’ll finish the loaf etc in a week or two they may be okay but we cannot guarantee that and recommend storing frozen. They’ll last 6+ months frozen.

    Looking for a “Low-Carb” cracker, but kind find one that doesn’t cost a kidney? Try the “Thin Sliced” bread from the Great Low Carb Bread Company. Toast it, sprinkle your favorite flavor on it, cut it into four squares, add some cheddar cheese and VOILA!!! Goes great with a glass of dry Red Wine.

    The first bread I tried was the plain. It was okay as a blank canvas, but “plain”. The rye, however, is fantastic! Had a yummy ham on rye and was in heaven. Will buy more of this!
