Our thin pizza crust 2 pack is 4 net carbs per crust. Packed with protein and fiber and gives you that great feeling of a thin crust pizza. Store frozen and will last 6+ months. To defrost, microwave for 10-15 seconds at a time as to not dry it out too much. The best way to cook is to put in oven at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes and then take out and put toppings on and cook at same temp for 6-8 minutes.

    Wow! This crust is delicious!! Tastes just like a flat bread pizza and does not make you feel like you are missing anything. I’ve been eating the thin sliced plain bread for a few months along with the pasta and was excited for the pizza did not disappoint! We baked it with the toppings on for 14 mins at 400 deg then upped the temp to 475 deg for 7 mins and it was perfectly crispy. My husband couldn’t believe how many times I said how delicious this crust was and how happy I was for having pizza on Keto that tastes good and not eggy (homemade cloud dough was like eating scrambled eggs with pizza sauce 🙁 ). Will be stocking up for more pizza nights!!

    Love this! Like Amanda I upped cooking times couple of times. Low carb spaghetti sauce (Rao’s), cheese, pepperoni and black olives made a great meal….will definitely order again!!!!

    I really enjoyed this pizza crust! I actually was able to fit mine in my air fryer. I just put on the sauce and cheese and cooked it at 400 degrees for about 12-15 min. Came out super crispy and delicious!

    The pictures are deceiving. They ARE NOT THIS BIG. They have a sandpaper taste and over all not good. I wanted to like this and the fettuccine sooo bad but I am dissapointed once again.

    The crusts have changed completely, so if you’ve ordered them in the past, this is not the same item. The new crusts will not cook in the center, and you’re eating raw dough. They will burn before you can get the center to cook, and the edges come out like cardboard. I wish we could have the old crusts, which were pre-baked and nicely raised.

    The taste was not bad but did have some problems getting the crust cooked thru and thru. But even with those issues the end result was an individual pizza that fill the craving. Would like to see it offered in thin crust in a 9 or 10 inch size. But will certainly buy it again.

    I’ve been looking all over for a pizza crust I could use on Keto. This was by far the best! It’s not cardboard tasting or too cheesy or whatever. I did order the thin crust so I can only speak for that, but I would love to see a bulk deal because I could eat these twice a week easy!!!! Thanks so much for coming out with this!!!!

    Good pizza crust for making a fast pizza when you have a pizza craving. The one downside is that it seems to cook up very chewy despite how thin it is.

    If eating the entire crust is only 4g carbs, I’d happily buy a 6g or 8g version if it could eliminate the very chewy nature.

    Overall I’d still recommend giving it a try, but just with slightly curbed expectations.

    Just had my first thin crust pizza! Couldn’t believe how good it was. I baked in our countertop convection oven and the end crusts were crispy. One gets used to being a bit disappointed with low carb products, but this one did not disappoint. Going to order some more and plan on having them on hand.

    My family loves the thin pizza crust. It fits perfectly in the 8.5 qt Air Fryer. 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on how many toppings).
    If you like crispier crust, finish cooking the bottom of the pizza in a dry fry pan over low heat for a few minutes – Keep an eye on it. It took us a few tries to figure out how to make it perfect for us. I accidentally ordered the thicker crust and we did not enjoy it, but the thin crust is soooo good!

    Absolutely love these thin pizza crusts. We use zero carb tomato & basil sauce as a base and then add whatever other low carb ingredients we have taste for that night. Makes for a really tasty pizza!

    OK! I have been experimenting like crazy to get this potentially awesome crust to come out perfectly and I think I found the right system. 1) DO NOT MICROWAVE this crust, even to defrost it. Simply set it out on the counter while you oven is coming to 350º and while you are getting your toppings ready. 2) You should cook this on a vented pizza pan. I got this one from Amazon and use for all sorts of things.
    3) FIRST cook the crust BY ITSELF in the oven for about 6 minutes at 350º (this will alleviate the “uneven” cooking of which some have complained). 4) THEN add your sauce and your toppings and cook until it is to your liking.
    I have done this two times now with all variations of types of pizza (white sauce/alfredo, traditional red marinara style, even Greek style!) and it has never let me down.

    I love these pizza crusts!!! I haven’t had any issues with the pizza baking unevenly (I use a vented pizza pan). I tend to like my crusts on the crispy side, so I am very happy with the end result … and thrilled that I can eat pizza without all the carbs!!!

    This tastes like eating wet cardboard. I tried pre-baking it till it was brown and it still became soggy in the middle once I put sauce on it. It has no taste whatsoever. The first product from this company that is truly terrible.

    These things are amazing. I have a freezer full. Precooking for 5-6 min is key then adding toppings. I have tried the fat head pizza crust that you do yourself and it pales in comparison to this. Now lets be real…its no NYC pizza but its an amazing sub when you must have pizza. Best one we have found! My 15 yr old is doing Keto with me and she is PICKY. This is her crust of choice. I am going to try that vented pizza pan the above reviewer suggested. I will be ordering more of these soon!

    I’m purchasing more right now!! I tried one of these pizza crusts today and was pleasantly surprised. My pizza preference is thin crust anyway, so this was right on the mark. I followed the package directions and the crust cooked up perfectly. It had some browning on the crust, the edges were crispy and the center was a bit chewy. I didn’t mind the chewiness at all. My husband is a pizzaholic and seldom will try my low carb items. I asked him to try a small slice of this one and when I asked him if he liked it, he said it was “okay.” His admitting it was okay was a huge compliment. I topped my pizza with a thin layer of sauce, pepproni, onions and cheese. I was very pleased.

    I’ve been eating Keto for almost 2 years now and I really like these crusts. I’m not thrilled with the wheat ingredients but have found that they do not either lower my ketones or raise my blood sugar. That being said, I have one a week as my splurge meal. I do not follow the directions on the package. I COOK JUST THE CRUST, NO TOPPINGS, ON A PIECE OF PARCHMENT PAPER ON A PIZZA STONE, 350 OVEN, FOR 8 MIN. If I remember, I flip it after 6 minutes. ONCE I TAKE THE CRUST OUT I PUT ALL OF MY TOPPINGS ON IT, USING A TON OF CHEESE :-), AND BROIL THE PIZZA UNTIL DONE. If you use sausage, like I do, be sure and PRECOOK it. The pizza is excellent.

    This is the best low carb pizza crust, either homemade or purchased, that I’ve had. I heated my pizza stone in a 425° oven for an hour, put the crust (minus toppings) on the stone on a sheet of parchment for about 4 1/2 minutes. It came out lightly browned. I added my toppings and put it back on the stone under the broiler, temp still at 425°, for 5-6 minutes. It came out perfect! No problem with crispiness. All of my toppings were pre-cooked so all I had to do was leave it in long enough for the mozzarella to melt. It was very, very good!

    I have tried many low carb crusts and probably have made 20 pizza low carb crust recipes. Some were okay but none were awesome. This tastes almost identical to a regular thin pizza crust. My husband, who is FAR pickier than I am loves them. They are great. Have also made extra large quesadillas (fold one over) and will try calzones.

    I really love pizza and this hit the spot! I liked that it had a little crew to it. I used Rao’s sauce, pepperoni and mozzarella. I ate the whole pizza for dinner (6 total carbs and 485 calories). I tried a few other crusts and I will be buying this again!!

    Followed the directions and had zero issues. This actually reminds me of how papa Johns thin crust is. A little floppy with toppings but crispy on the edges. It has an undertone of what tastes like wheat to me, you know when companies try to health up regular dough by adding some wheat flour. By no means offensive. Just know it had a bit of that flavor if you get a plain piece of crust. This made great pizza Imo. Will be ordering these again.

    My favorite dinner in the world. I bake mine on convection bake 425 bottom rack for 15 minutes. Comes out crispy and delicious. I let the crust defrost on the counter while the over preheats . Never have I had a problem with the crust . Love this company.
