Excellent taste, made a roast beef sandwich it held together nicely!

Amazing! It makes great meat & veggie sandwiches, great garlic toast, great French Toast, great grilled cheese . . . I’ve even toasted it then ground it up and used it for breading. It could use a bit more “sour” for me, but great bread as is!

I haven’t been able to find a low carb sourdough anywhere. I ordered a bunch of stuff to try and I have not been disappointed yet. The texture is wonderful and holds up perfectly while eating. I wish there was a stronger “sourdough” taste but it’s definitely there so I’m a VERY happy camper. I plan on ordering all the other breads to try in the future, mainly because the taste and the structure of the bread are the best I’ve ever tried. Also, worth noting, these defrost perfectly and easily.

I love sourdough bread and I am a very picky eater. I was surprised by how good it tastes especially since I have tried to make homemade low carb bread which doesn’t even resemble bread. I am so hopeful now to be able to have this treat added to my new way of eating.

I bought this bread last week but I was looking for it long time and I haven’t been able to find anywhere In Quebec.
However, I liked the sourdough bread and I will try the everything bread next time. The texture is very similar to regular bread – Just wonderful….

Love it! Made a “camp egg” or what some people call “egg in a basket” for breakfast. My daughter sees it, “Mom! You’re eating bread?” My response “yes! And it’s so good!” I can’t wait to make a grilled cheese!

My husband and I love this bread. We found that it did not brown in the toaster, but well buttered, it makes a great grilled cheese sandwich and browns nicely in the skillet. I especially love it for my version of low carb PBJ. We keep our bread frozen but put four slices at a time in the fridge in a sealed container wrapped in a paper towel. We replace as we use. I think the recipe could benefit with a touch of salt but, otherwise, the taste is similar to regular bread tough the texture is a little spongy – but WE CAN HAVE BREAD AGAIN!!!! I am diabetic and this bread does not raise my blood sugar and is the best alternative for regular bread I have found.
