2 net carbs and 82 calories per slice  This toasts well or eat it right out of the bag. Gluten Free and Low Carb

Storage instructions: Freeze on receipt and you can either put slices in zip lock baggies to thaw in the fridge or toast from the freezer or microwave for 10 seconds at a time covered with a damp paper towel(these dry out fast if you over cook them or toast them). If you’ll finish the loaf etc in a week or two they may be okay but we cannot guarantee that and recommend storing frozen. They’ll last 6+ months frozen.

These are about half of the size of our normal loaves of bread but they do weigh the same. There is no gluten and so they do not rise and are dense. They are not spongy like other paleo breads out there that add 80% water to their mix.

    This loaf is the same as my review for the paleo gluten free plain loaf. The loaves of bread are not just small but they fall apart easily making it even more difficult to make a sandwich. Do not buy this bread! The loaf is smaller than my husband’s hand. It’s heavy like it says and what it means by it is half the size of the regular bread is not just in number of slices but also size. It’s big enough for a child’s tea party but it’s not sufficient for a sandwich. I’m VERY upset and and I’m upset that the price is MORE than the other low carb breads. Totally not worth it- you will feel ripped off!
