2 net carb and 160 calories per Pocket. This toasts well or eat it right out of the bag.

Storage instructions: Freeze on receipt and you can either put a Pocket in zip lock baggy to thaw in the fridge or toast from the freezer or microwave for 10 seconds at a time covered with a damp paper towel(these dry out fast if you over cook them or toast them). If you’ll finish the Pocket etc in a week or two they may be okay but we cannot guarantee that and recommend storing frozen. They’ll last 6+ months frozen.
These are not hollow(the name pocket originated on the east coast) Think of it as a cross between Hamburger Bun and Hot Dog Bun with a strong onion Flavor.

    I got these onion pockets on my first order and I can’t say enough they are great toasted with butter and cream cheese. But my favorite thing is to slice them about a quarter inch thick then spread with Kerrygold Garlic and herb butter then place in a pre heated oven to 200 degrees for five minutes then tern off and let them stay in oven to cool. Makes great crostini and salad croutons. Really love you products!!!

    Diversity has been the key to my success. When you truly divorce from your breads, rice, potatoes, chips, the time becomes loooong since one’s elimitation of rice/potatoes, bread, etc … your mind wanders off … soft bread, hot dog rolls, taco shells. For one year I could not find much in the “fake fiber” bread and then I had this AMAZING fiber bread called ONION POCKETS. I cur in half and use them for everything – cold sandwiches, melted cheese and ham grilled, great for hot dogs, great for anything that I used to have bread with. I have to emphasize this is a process … this transition to “fake fiber” baked goods. I have even used them as toasted croutons for fondue. Delicious.
