I got a few things for my mom and I. This was one that was not good. She said it was actually uneatable.
Out of the desert type products, this was a no.

Unlike one other reviewer, I found this brownie VERY edible. Like most people buying these products, we’re doing it to solve a medical problem. So, how delectable it is ends up being secondary to “DID it solve my problem?” As an osteopenic and diabetic, I need to watch carbs, and have to take a ton of constipating calcium. I can solve the carb problem in lots of ways, but fiber is complicated. I have had to get the fiber but usually with a high caloric cost. These muffins and bars are light, tasty enough, low in calories and carbs, and pack a much needed wallop with the fiber. I still get daily fiber from whole grain cereals (Kashi Go is the star!), edamame, some vegetables and fruits, (and dark chocolate!), but these products are a great, simple addition. Best of all, when I travel, or have to miss my own cooking, I can easily take these with me, keeping me on track. Could this brownie taste better? Sure! There seems to be flavor science that could help. But for me, they are excellent at getting the job done, and taste good enough.

Oops! I said brownie, not lemon square in the above review. The review still stands. However, I do have one thing to add. I did think the lemon square blander than it had to be. I don’t think the calories, carbs, fat, or fiber would be impacted with more lemon. I put some lemon juice in a saucer and dipped each bite. It made MY lemon square a 5 star item!
