2 net carb and 120 calories per bagel. This toasts well or eat it right out of the bag.
Storage instructions: Freeze on receipt and you can either put a bagel in zip lock baggy to thaw in the fridge or toast from the freezer or microwave for 10 seconds at a time covered with a damp paper towel(these dry out fast if you over cook them or toast them). If you’ll finish the bagels etc in a week or two they may be okay but we cannot guarantee that and recommend storing frozen. They’ll last 6+ months frozen.

I love the cinnamon bagels. I toast them for breakfast and put peanut butter and sugar free Nuti Light (basically sugar free nutella) on top. It’s absolutely delicious.

These bagels are such a treat on the keto diet. I toast it up, butter, and sprinkle cinnamon and erithytol (Swerve) on top. It takes some time to get used to the different taste and texture of these bagels, but now I love them!

I was so excited to get these, because I was missing my bread in keto. As a lover of bagels, I was sad that these had a bitter aftertaste for me. I should have read the ingredients to see it had Stevia in it. I’m sure it’s just my personal preference, but I think these would have been so much better without the sweetness.

These are great bagels although I find them a might chewy. I still recommend them on KETO and will purchase them again. #Would like a little more cinnamon. 🙂

These bagels are great toasted with almond butter! Toast them on light, because they tend to dry out. The cinnamon flavor isn’t very strong, but it’s a nice addition to my low carb lifestyle.
