I’m so disappointed. They were very dry and even worse when toasted. Somethings really are too good to be true.

I LOVE these bagels. I don’t toast them, just eat with low cal preserves.

Mine didn’t even have a hole in them

These aren’t really like bagels at all.. more like a bulky roll. For a roll they’re not horrible but as a bagel, pass. The consistency is all wrong (airy and squishy and fluffy as opposed to more firm like a bagel typically would be) and it didn’t even have a hole…

    These were fluffy and delicious

I think a lot of people’s expectations may be too high. I mean hello this is a 2 gram net carb bagel! I repeat 2 carbs! I personally am in love with it…. drench it in Greek cream cheese and everything seasoning and Bam!! 15+ grams a protein and less than a 100 calories – I’ll
Take it and it’s delicious. The cream cheese Helps to mask the non bagel- texture but again you are trading up for health here!! If you want a true “bagel” head to the bakery where unhealthy and unhappy people are thriving in blissful misery. I’ll take my greatlowcarb bagel any day thank you!!!

I love these plain bagels!! Yes, the texture is different, but I have found most low carb bread products are dry. As other reviewers have said, potting cream cheese on top after toasting works well to give a little moisture to bagels. I am just thrilled to be able to eat a bagel again and not have my blood sugar get jacked up too high. My low carb bagels toasted fine and did, indeed, get a bit of browning and crunch. I did a little trial and error to find the perfect setting on my toaster and I am very happy. Actually, I’m making a second purchase now.

Of course, these are not like full-of-carbs bagels. But they taste roughly the same as “regular” low-carb bagels from Great Low Carb, and have half as much calories! It’s my new product of choice.

Not really a bagel but a substantial, filling and satisfying roll. I love this and you can’t beat the low calorie/carb count. I’m ordering more!

These bagels are wonderful for 65 calories and 2 net carbs! Please keep making them. I will always purchase them. Thanks for helping me find a delicious way to add bread back to my diet.
